These terms and conditions are established by George Anthony Dyke Emerson trading as South American Trade Services, hereinafter called SATS.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you and SATS irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Courts.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will refund or exchange all products delivered back to us in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
Before returning the products please send an email to our customer service sales@satsfaction.com clearly stating your order number, invoice number and product number of the goods to be returned.

Once you have received acknowledgement from our customer service department you must take the following steps:

• ship all goods in a secure container (cardboard box or similar) adequately taped or bound
• include a copy of the original invoice and a copy of our customer service acknowledgement receipt
• send the goods insured and prepaid to the address stated below
